Does a baby’s urine invalidate wudhu (ablution)?

Question number: 1305
Date posted: 2009-01-24

Answer:
Baby’s urine is considered najas (impure), and as such, as is the case with all forms of impurities, we should wash them away from our bodies, clothes or prayer places. But the fact that it has fallen on your body or clothes does not invalidate your wudhu. You need only to wash the affected area or spot. There is no need to renew the wudhu.
