There is absolutely no prohibition against sexual intercourse between husband and wife during pregnancy unless there are any medical issues. You should therefore check with her gynecologist or family physician whether it poses any health risk for herself and for the baby in the specific case of your wife. Otherwise, it is not at all different from intimate relations in normal times. Your physician is better able to advise you about the safeguards, if any, that you should take in this case.
