A full bath or ghusl is essential condition for the validity of salah following sexual intercourse, regardless of whether it has resulted in ejaculation (or orgasm for that matter). A complete ghusl involves the following:
1. Formulate the intention in your mind that you are taking a bath to clean yourself in order to be eligible for worship;
2. Wash the private parts;
3. Make a partial ablution (wash all of the parts of the body as you would do in wudhu except washing the feet).
4. Wash the hair; you do not need to undo your plaited hair, but should make sure that water reaches the roots of hair;
4. Start bathing: washing the right side first, followed by the left;
5. Ensure the entire body is thoroughly washed at least once; three times is the perfect.
You are now eligible to pray. In other words, you do not need to make another wudhu for salah; it is already included in the ghusl, unless you have deliberately touched the private parts; in which case, wudhu should be done, unless it was not intentional or deliberate.
May Allah help us to keep ourselves pure outwardly and inwardly, and may He include us among those who are penitent-aameen.
